Giostra di Giovanni 2025: A Weekend to Remember

The second edition of Giostra di Giovanni has concluded and it was nothing short of legendary.

Over 150 fighters from all around the world gathered in Livorno to clash in an unforgettable display of strength, skill, and honor. The battlefield echoed with steel as two sides faced off in the Battle of Banners, the largest mass combat event of the weekend.

The iconic Battle of Lances brought eight elite Lances into fierce head-to-head 12v12 combat, with each clash pushing fighters to their limits.

The Full-Plate Tournament and Profights, held during the grand feast on Saturday night, once again proved to be the jewel of the event – an arena where beauty, tradition, and intensity came together under torchlight to the cheers of hundreds of spectators.

Beyond the battlefield, the Saturday Feast became a place of celebration, reflection, and camaraderie. Fighters shared food, stories, and laughter, reconnecting with old comrades and forging new bonds that will echo into future campaigns.

Every moment of the Giostra was filled with purpose, passion, and medieval spirit.
