Magna Carta: Mornas. The Siege of the Rock

June 20–21, 2026
Forteresse de Mornas, France
Magna Carta returns to the south of France for the final competitive summer event of the season.
Magna Carta: Mornas. The Siege of the Rock takes place within the walls of the mighty fortress of Mornas, rising high above the Rhône valley like a stone sentinel overlooking the lands below.
For this event, the battlefield itself becomes part of the fight.
Inside the fortress, teams will clash in experimental 3 vs 3 battles – tight, brutal encounters where every fighter matters, and a single fall can decide the outcome within seconds.
Below the walls of Mornas, the canyon will host the Grand Mêlée. Uneven ground, rocks, slopes, dust, and shifting terrain will replace the usual flat lists, turning the mass battles into something far closer to the chaos of real medieval warfare.
On Sunday, the fortress belongs to The Last Condottiere – Magna Carta’s professional fighting format, focused on individual combat, striking, wrestling, and relentless pressure inside full armor. Already established as one of the most respected and demanding formats within Magna Carta, it returns to Mornas for another chapter.
