Taurus
Established in 2015, Taurus Medieval Fight Club was created to shift the focus of Italian medieval events from reenactment towards the sport-oriented Buhurt format. With their roots in Piacenza and Turin, Taurus quickly became one of Italy’s largest medieval combat clubs, known for their competitive spirit and dedication to excellence.
Right from their early days, Taurus MFC made a notable impression internationally, debuting at Battle of the Nations 2016 and reaching the quarterfinals. This early success marked the club’s reputation as a formidable force capable of competing on the global stage.
But Taurus isn’t just about victories—they’re passionate ambassadors of Buhurt and medieval combat in Italy, organizing an average of one sporting event and one promotional event every month since their establishment. They’ve recently expanded into training younger fighters through internationally recognized soft-combat trainers, ensuring the club’s future success.
Driven by determination to close the gap with top world teams, Taurus MFC actively competes in international events, viewing each battle as an opportunity for growth and honor.
